This is a course designed for people who already have knowledge of molded bonbons. (Such as chocolate tempering, casting molds, etc.) It is an ideal course for someone who intends to improve their designs, to know various painting techniques with and without airbrush and to go deeper into the world of color and of the shine in the molded bonbons.

I am a chocolatier and pastry chef. I am the creator of the Sylvia Baquero Chocolatier - Patissier brand, which represents all my passion and mystique towards this profession.
I have acquired my experience after extensive experience in different countries. Today I dedicate myself to online training, a space where in a very authentic and natural way I share all my knowledge and love for the sweet world.

I will teach you everything you need to know to make your bonbons shine and we will take a tour of all my decorating techniques, in which I will show you the tools I use and the principles on which I base my designs.

We will also talk a lot about color, what colors exist to paint chocolates, how to make your own translucent and opaque colors and how to make harmonious and impressive combinations!

I will show you many design techniques but above all I will give you the bases so that you can create your own designs!
