What is it about?

This is an Ebook (digital recipe book) made up of 25 recipes.

I created this recipe book with the purpose of offering a collection of perfect ganaches for molded bonbons, which have such a good flavor and composition that they are enough by themselves inside a chocolate and do not need the accompaniment of other fillings to create a unique and unforgettable experience.
