Learn Shine, Color, and Design

This is a course designed for people who already have knowledge on molded bonbons. (Such as chocolate tempering, casting molds, etc.) It is an ideal course for someone who intends to improve their designs, to know various painting techniques with and without airbrush and to go deeper into the world of color and of the shine in the molded bonbons

Ganache formulation.

This course is designed for people who already have experience working with ganache and seek to improve the shelf life of their recipes and also learn how to formulate their own ganaches for molded bonbons, enrobed and truffles.
