What is it about?
This is an Ebook (digital recipe book) made up of 8 bonbons, a total of 15 recipes for fillings that offer an alternative to chocolate fillings (ganache). The fillings in this recipe book are some without chocolate and some with a smaller amount than traditional ganaches.

I have created this recipe book with the purpose of offering a repertoire of recipes that will help chocolate businesses to be able to continue offering bonbons without having to raise prices too much due to the current crisis that cocoa is facing worldwide.
The fillings that I propose here can be used separately or together as I have done or even used with other recipes such as ganache. In any case, they are exquisite recipes that will delight any palate.

I have sought, as always, to give options of all kinds in terms of flavor, in order to offer a recipe book with a wide range of options and perfectly balanced.
